Vehicle Compatibility
Wondering if your motor plays nice with Trail Trailer?
Check first with your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. That said, if your vehicle is rated to tow, you can probably tow a Trail Trailer. SXS’s, UTV’s, SUV’,s MiniVan’s, Hatchbacks, or Full Sized Pickups, the Trail Trailer pairs well with many types of vehicles and applications.
Side-by-Side
Side by Sides have exploded in popularity and they are the smoothest way to get around on dirt. Lacking carrying capacity, a light, and nimble trailer allows you to get the gear to places off limits to many overland setups.
ATV
All Terrain Vehicles are an evolution of the wheel. Depending on the make and model, the Trail Trailer can be a great option for towing behind your ATV or putting your ATV onto the Trail Trailer.
Motor Cycle
While only a few motorcycles are capable of towing the Trail Trailer, the Trail Trailer loves to tow motorcycles. Get your bike and fuel deep into the trail to start your riding experience.
Mini Van
Minivans bridge the gap between hatchback and full-sized van. Keep the comfort of premium interior space and pack the gear in the Trail Trailer.
SUV
Sport Utility Vehicles are great for so many applications. Often capable off-road, and rated to tow, SUV’s are a perfect fit for the Trail Trailer.
Truck
Full-Sized, Mid-Sized, and Compact Trucks pair well with the Trail Trailer. Keep your pickups bed open for truck stuff, and detach the trailer to keep your campsite.
Passenger Vehicles
Many passenger vehicles are rated for towing with an aftermarket hitch. This is the area where we recommend doing extra research to make sure your vehicle is capable of towing. If your vehicle is rated, hook up, and head out!
