Returns Policy

TrailTrailer.com gladly accepts free returns within 30-days of purchase. 

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The following terms and exceptions may apply:

• Purchased trailer sales are final. Please contact us if you need help with your trailer. 
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is damaged in transit. In that case, please contact us to make arrangements.

Refund Policy

TrailTrailer.com will provide full refunds for items returned in accordance with our published Returns Policy. Refunds are processed once items have been received at our service center.
